At Traffords.Shop, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

Delivery Services

  • Orders are sent using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Premium / Faster Delivery: Available at checkout (includes tracking).

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: £5 per order, regardless of order size or weight (unless otherwise stated).

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over £50.

  • Some products may include free delivery as marked on the product page.

Local Delivery (Telford Postcodes Only)

We’re pleased to offer reduced delivery rates for customers in Telford:

  • TF7, TF8, TF4, TF3

    • Orders over £2 → Free delivery

    • Orders under £2 → £1 delivery fee

  • TF6, TF5, TF12, TF11, TF1, TF2, TF5

    • Orders over £15 → Free delivery

    • Orders under £15 → £2.50 delivery fee

Tracking

  • Tracking is not included with standard delivery.

  • Tracking is available when premium shipping is purchased at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Personalised items

    • Digital downloads

    • Sale/clearance items

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items received in a damaged condition.

  • Used items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges.

  • If you require a different item, please place a new order.
